The next section is a directory of ingredients which shows lots of different natural ingredients, what they can be used for and why they are of benefit. Again, this is so useful especially if you have no prior knowledge of this sort of thing or need to quickly refer to it. The next two sections are face and body. Both sections include the basics on skincare and body care and Only 11 left in stock more on the way.
In addition to a set of easy to make recipes, this book covers making your own tinctures, decoctions, oils and a set of 'base'recipes, which it shows you how to customise to suit your skin. Once you have read through the recipes and reference pages you can select just one or two essential oils that suit you skin to get started.
I already had quite a few of the ingredients in - e. It has a few recipes under each subject it doesn't cover soap , and a third of it is the reference section so I think I will be going back to this book a few times.
